Abstract
The physical properties of LC mixtures containing novel liquid crystalline 1,7,8-trifluoronaphthalenes with negative dielectric anisotropy for VA-LCD were measured. The LC mixtures with different birefringence (0.10-0.12) show low viscosity, and the response time for VA-LCD are discussed.
