Voltage Holding Ratio (VHR) and impurities of liquid crystalline materials recovered from LCD panels have been measured to examine technical feasibility of recycle of the materials. We found that VHR strongly depends on recovery-method of the materials and that the impurities can be eliminated by purifications. The optimized purifications open possibility of the recycle.
