Abstract
In this study, we measured various materials with millimeter-wave waveguide probe which used 60GHz Gunn diode. In our measurement system, millimeter wave generated by Gunn diode was radiated from the probe to the sample. And the reflected wave was detected by small signal measurement system using lock-in amplifier. In the measurement of the ITO glass substrate, relationship between the resistivity and the detected voltage of the reflection wave was discussed. For the case of the liquid crystal cell measurement, influence of the liquid crystal molecular orientation condition on the detected voltage was explored.
