Abstract
When MBBA applied AC voltage, an electric convection occurred and changes from a regular convection into turbulence structure by increasing the voltage. In the mean structure of the liquid crystalline convection at the shear flow field of constant rotation rate, the characteristic length of the flow direction is bigger than vertical characteristic length. Furthermore the anisotropy of the characteristic length was not seen with the voltage more than 50V. The remarkable change of the length was not observed at the time of voltage that viscosity became biggest, and as for the characteristic length except the high frequency domain, it is observed to frequency that there is not dependence.
