In the organic semiconductor, the orientation of the molecules is important for the mobility enhancement. In order to improve the orientation, liquid crystalline semiconductors attract a great deal of considerable attention. In this study, we focus on the low-dimensional liquid crystal phase in which the alignment can be easily controlled. By using a photocurable mesogenic monomers, a uniform alignment structure is obtained, and the organic semiconductor with high mobility would be obtained by solidification of the alignment. In this report, we investigate the mobility enhancement effect originated in the uniformity improvement.
