Abstract

The single pixel imaging is a technique to reconstruct an image using only one detector. It is necessary to switch the mask pattern for measurement, and a matrix-driven liquid crystal cell can be used as an electrically variable mask. In voltage-averaging driving method, we must consider some conditions such as steep threshold characteristics and the limited number of electrodes. In this study, we investigated a driving method to realize the single pixel imaging in millimeter wave region by a driving method that is much simpler than the voltage-averaging driving method.
