Abstract

Because we were interested in mixture aqueous of sponge phase of lyotropic liquid crystal and colloidal particles, we researched to dynamic coupling of Brownian motion of colloidal particles and topological dynamics of Sponge by taking Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS). DLS can observe dynamics directly. As a result, the single relaxation is always observed. The relaxation times of mixture are near that of the pure surfactant. So, the relaxation times of mixture are understood that topological dynamics of sponge mixed with colloidal particles. Topological dynamics are accelerated by adding colloidal particles. It can be considered that colloidal particles work like ball bearing.
