抄録

The carrier transport of organic semiconductors exhibiting a liquid crystalline phase was investigated. The results show that the static disorder is effective at low temperatures while the dynamic disorder is effective at high temperatures. We demonstrate a kinetic Monte Carlo with quantum CT rates under the correlated energy landscape of a Gaussian disorder model. We will introduce spatial correlations based on the liquid crystal ordering and compare them with experimental results to explain the field and temperature dependence of mobility in liquid-crystalline semiconductors.
