By considering an advantage of the characteristics of liquid crystal devices that allow large optical phase control, we have investigated the two-slits Young's interference experiments with an improved self-aligned device structure. In this study, we have observed detailed patterns of interference fringes using the new self-aligned liquid crystal-slit structure and the redesigned micron-width slit, and report that we have observed NOT logic of light, in which the peak intensity near the center is also inverted.
