AM-LCD用液晶化合物の電気的パラメータの検討

抄録

The voltage holding ratio is one of the most important properties of liquid crystals for AM-LCD application. Fluorinated compounds with different core/side structures have been developed, and lead to high voltage holding ratio comparing with cyano compounds. The change of transmission by residual voltage have influence on image quality. In this paper, the relation between the voltage holding ratio, the change of transmission by residual voltage and chemical structures of fluorinated compounds is discussed.
