半導体電極を持つ液晶セルの光起電効果とそのメカニズムについて

抄録

The photoevoltaic effect in liquid crystal cells with a semiconductor wafer used as one of the electrodes are investigated. A mechanism of the photovoltaic effect is then considered in which elecrtons and positive holes in semiconductor wafer and positive ions and negative ions in the liquid crystal layer is generated bv the illumination of the incident light, which plays an important role for the electric generation. The solution of some dyestuffs enhances the effect.
