From an intense cachectic autopsy case, the writer obtained the following findings: 1) The hypophysis was occupied by colloidal small cysts and high calcification. The anterior-lobe cells were only found here aed there,and besides the middle-lobe and the posterior-lobe were lost. 2) All splanchnic organs, especially every endocrine organs showed the strong atrophy.
