This is a case that had led us to diagnose it clinically as carcino-peritonitis due to metastasia of rectal cancer, revealing a peculiar image of cells in May-Giemsa staining as well as in phasecontrast microscopic findings and proved to be the peritonitis that had occurred in succession to Disgerminom of the ovary, only after pathological dissection was held. The cells of the tumor reacted to Nitromin well, manifesting very interresting findings. The patient was a female aged 55, the oldest one among the cases that had ever been reported. As to the secondary sexual symptoms, they were considered to be of the Klaften's 3rd type.
