Commercial pellets and mixed diets were compared with rabbits for the growth, stability of body temperature, and susceptibility to pyrogen. The commercial pellets seemed to be slightly superior than the mixed diet in any of above 3 respects, although each difference was not so significant. It was concluded that the commercial pellets are available to maintain the rabbits in satisfactory condition to earry out the experiments concerning to a body temperature.
