Abstract
Rose oil is an aromatic essential oil extracted from rose petals. In addition to its relaxing effects when used in perfumes and aromatherapy, it is also taken as a supplement for the purpose of improving beauty and physical functions. Rose oil is characterized by its high content of terpene alcohols. Many terpenes have been reported to have various functions, and are expected to be used as functional materials.
