Abstract
As for the office building of our country, emphasis is put on work space. The space into which lighting does not go is used for a warehouse, a copy room, etc. The man who is generally in non-window space receives a monotonous feeling and a feeling of closing, and he becomes negative mentally. In the conference room which performs a vote and discussion of deliberations, the existence of a window affects a mental and moral target. A windowless meeting room defines by this report, an investigation example is introduced, and a measure is described. A measure describes mitigation of the feeling of closing of a windowless conference foom, or a monotonous feeling.
