This paper shows the result of the freeze/thaw test of several recycled aggregate mortar carried out for the purpose of widely utilizing in cold region. First, the standard which evaluated the frost damage resistance performance was determined. The minimum temperature which once arose in 10 years was divided into 3 levels of −10°C, −14°C and −18°C. The above-mentioned temperature was made to be a factor of the freeze/thaw test. Results of the test which made water cement ratio and air content of the specimens to be the material condition are as follows. It is possible to clarify material condition of the usable recycled aggregate mortar as architecture finish or finish division of the concrete secondary product in the level independence as a cold.
