Exploitation of Anodic Oxide Coating as Coating Ground Work on Aluminum Building Materials

Abstract

Anti-corrosion and design are given to the structural aluminum building material,and it is coated in the purpose of satisfying the durability which maintains good appearance for a long time,too.Chrromate conversion coating treatment had been done as a coating ground work to coat it from before.Cr⁶⁺ is being used for chromate conversion coating treatment liquid.There is problem in the safety in the earth environmental protection and the fitness side to the human being with Cr⁶⁺.At present,it proceeds with the technical innovation which Cr⁶⁺ isn't used for.It was mild to the earth,and using anodic oxide coating as a gentle coating ground work to the circumstance was considered.It is reported because it got tht optimum condition that it made use of anodic oxide coating as a coating ground work.
