Abstract

I confirmed various performance including the adhesion stability examination for various steel materials particularly the zinc coated steel sheet, the weatherability examination about a denaturing epoxy resin primer of the commercial weak solvent system suitable for the local painting mainly and, in the last report, was able to confirm the thing that was possible as a substitute of the calcium rust prevention paint plumbate. However, the calcium rust prevention paint which adapted to JIS K 5629 of the fast-dry type plumbate was used in a metal door shutter of the factory painting in the market and knew that possibility included a 1 liquid denaturation epoxy resin primer as the thing which met this dry nature by the former report. Because I experimented on true work by the test method that I took into account, in this examination, I report a particularly fast-dry 1 liquid denaturation epoxy resin primer.
