Abstract
Specification as satisfying the required performance, surface treatment of aluminum exterior member of the sash curtain wall or the like as the facade of a large building projects in recent years, the stability of the product management and quality of production in the factory over several decades, It was mainly from construction results, etc., subjected to chemical conversion coating treatment of hexavalent chromium acid salt-based, to apply the thermoplastic type fluorine resin coating system of the solvent system. However, from the point of view of consideration to reduce environmental impact in recent years, as one of the applied coating system, it is possible to reduce the VOC that cause ozone depletion in the atmosphere, recovery and reuse of paint loss worth of factory paint job at the time powder coating system which makes it possible to have begun to be applied, Studies on durability has been studied. However, reports on research on the bond durability of the sealing material is a material in the outer member construction of this sash curtain wall, etc., make up the member joint should ensure water-tightness, air tightness by the filled joint as a site, still little is at present. Therefore, in this paper, among the studies that were selected powder coating system typical, have been implemented with respect to adhesion to the sealant generic current report on the movement adhesion test results.
