Part 1 Durable evaluation of the ceiling seam that constructed finish coat materials.

Abstract

In order to achievethe life extesion of building, it is important to properly update and maintain external wall components and materials. For updating efficiently over the life cycle of building, it is desirable to improve the durability of constituent parts having relativity short service lives. This research reports, through the investigation for improvement of durability of the sealing joint on concreate and mortar wall of public housing using existing reinforced concreate, the protective effect of sealing materials using finish paint onto external wall and its evaluation method of the durability.
