This research investigated the occurrence pattern of mesh-like cracks by elastic spring network model, expansion type together with shrinkage type. As a result, 1) a void model by random number generation, localized cracks appear even with the shrinkage type as well as the expansion type, indicating that the appearance of localized cracks varies depending on the amount and arrangement of voids. In addition, 2) Analysis of crack pattern similar to mesh-like cracks in frost damage was demonstrated by the surface layer expansion and void model. Furthermore, 3) Analysis of crack pattern similar to mesh-like cracks in alkali silica reaction for mortar was demonstrated by the total expansion and void model.
