Part 2 Affinity Experiment of Sealant and repair finish coat materials.

Abstract

Public housing does longer life and used lengthily the policy was indicated. When the future maintenance of buildings considered, it's necessary to repair it rationally. So in this research, study on the way to make longer lives that cycle of maintenance is relativeiy short material sealant joint in outer wall, which combined with finishing coat materials that can expect the durability. Public housing of general external walls on sealant material PU-2 of specification is covered with lysin paint. In oder to study for long-period performance with conbine materials by accelerated weathering test,that selected to some finishing coat materials useing for a general repair work for private housing and hight durability sealant of MS-2 and UA-2 also. As a result the specification made paint material for repair finishing could get better than present combination to make them longer life.
