Refning of visualization of water vapor transfer in external thermal insulation materials systems, and setting method of service life were carried out. Based upon the modelling of unsteady state diffusion of external water vapor into short-cut fiber reinforced cement composites(FRC) and thermal insulations, mathematical formulation of the progress of increase of vapor content was done. Making best use of big open data of materials properties of vapor and heat transfer, and contriving to setting bounndry conditions, numerical analysis by mathematical software Mathematica, the processes were visualized by third and second-dimensional time-depenent picture images. This research is helpful for setting of total service life of these materials systems.
