This paper describes on analytical results on a growth phenomenon of commercial districts of Naka-ku, Chuo-ku and Nishi-ku in Osaka City using computational models based on a complex algorithm. A pixel denoting assemblage of commercial facilities is generated on a graphic display and begins to move randomly after confirming it is located in a commercial district. It stops when reaching boundary and replaces the type of the district into commercial one considering administrative regulations and geographical conditions. Next the commercial district by city planning appears on the map when the construction is completed. The growth of the districts in Osaka City is in accordance with analytical results and the difference between them can be thought about 15 percent.
