In this paper, we propose an interactive genetic algorithm applying paired preference test that obtains evaluations of individuals from multiple people. In this paper, the effectiveness of the proposed technique was verified by a simulation using multiple evaluation agents in place of real evaluators. In the simulation, when 100 the evaluation agents participated in a vote, we can reduce necessary votes for the evaluation of the solution 25% than conventional technique. Moreover we confirmed that the proposed technique was more effective than the conventional technique from the viewpoint that efficiency of the tournament competition.
