The classification of the medical diagnostic data (the diabetes, the liver disease) by the topologically reserved Spherical Self Organizing Maps (blossom)

Abstract

The medical diagnostic data (the diabetes and the liver disease) were analyzed by the topologically reserved Spherical Self-Organizing Maps (blossom). The results were compared by the conventional fuzzy clustering method. The cause of the right answer percentage by the latter method was visualized and evaluated by the former method.
