Evaluation of Low-Carbon Urban Development Policy for Local City with Artifical Society Model

Abstract

In Japan, it should be an issue that the central area in local city declines commercially. A sustainable low-carbon society has been required in addition to the activity of urban citizen. Therefore, the possibility of urban development policy aimed at low-carbon society, in addition to activation of urban citizen. An artificial society model introduced to evaluate the amount of environmental impact is developed. The urban development policy is evaluated using this artificial society model. It is possible to consider the direction of sustainable urban development.
