Abstract
Twitter is a microblogging service where users can post short messages limited to 140 character length as their tweets. It is said that Twitter users are about 190 million all over the world, and there can be seen some posts by users suffering from some disease. Their tweets include description of struggles against illness, that of medical treatments, their impressions and their own thoughts against the disease. These posts are considered to be informative to users with the same disease. In this paper, concentrating of the users whose profiles include specific disease name, it is analyzed using word association network what kind of tweets are communicated about the disease.
