Study on an Efficiency for Autonomous Project Teams

Abstract

In general, a project organization is consisted by many kind of roles, for example, project manager, team leader, and members. Project organization charts tend use hierarchical structure. However, actual communication and decision process are complex in real projects. Informal communication pass which are not described in organization chart are very important. In this paper, we will discuss about project models of hierarchical structure organizations and Autonomous distributed organizations.
