Evolutionary Computation based Approach for Analysis of Macrophage's Behavior

Abstract

In this paper, we propose a macrophage simulator for analyzing the behavior of macrophages. Our simulator is based on the evolutionary computation methods. The moving image data extracted from rats by using two-photon microscopy are available for the training data. Several rules imitated macrophage’s behavior are automatically generated by a evolutionary computation method using such moving image data.
