Developing an elderly monitoring information system is described in this paper. The developed system is expected to solve the problem of caregiver shortage. The system assists the single aged person by using the information network. There are three features in the system. Non-invasive sensors are used. A third-person can monitor the bahavior of the single aged person on a web page in real time. The outline of the elderly monitoring information systems and the state are described.
