There are many regional dialects in Japan. And we often talk with such a dialect in casual conversation. On the other hand, there are some sentences with dialects in regional assembly minutes. It is difficult to recognize dialects correctly using a morphological analyzer with a common dictionary. If we can get correct results of word segmentation in various regional assembly minutes, then we can attempt to share problems or discussions between various local municipalities using their assembly minutes. In this paper, we describe analyses of dialects in regional assembly minutes and results of word segmentation of them.
