Abstract
In recent years, many studies of evaluation analysis have carried out for product reviews. By evaluation analysis, a user can grasp the outline of products appropriately. Companies can also understand both advantage and weak point of their products. In the study of evaluation analysis, topic models represented by Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) have achieved a lot of good results. This paper studies the factor analysis of the evaluation of products putting the importance on the comparison among products by using a topic model and the visualization method of results. This paper applies these methods to real user-reviews and investigates the effectiveness of them quantitatively and qualitatively.
