Abstract

Recently, rapid declining birth rate and aging society is one of the serious problems we confront, and it will result in declining working-age population. Such a trend is not exceptional even in the åeld of medicine. Therefore, recalling retired mother-doctors, i.e., female doctors with childcare experience, to the medical practice seems to be a quite important policy to solve it. In the previous study, a questionnaire survey is conducted to reveal some essential factors for successful return to work. At that time, a moti- vational drive chart (Yaruki-switch graph) is also asked to complete. Then, following to above-mentioned multiple observations, another analysis for motivational value corresponding to each life event is tried. In this study, a famous classical tool \SOM PAK" is adopted, because anyone can try it easily. As a result of some computer simulations, it is found that overall tendency is visualized successfully through training, and its developed feature map will help us to realize its underlying rules even though there are some inconvenience.
