Today, each doctor makes a subjective judgement on change of positional relationship before and after high tibial osteotomy. However, in this way, there is a possibility to change a degree of evaluation by the doctor. We propose to development an evaluation system for high tibial osteotomy to prevent the problem. CT image between upper femur and lower tibia is used for analyzing. Then, this system reads information of CT image, and makes a bone coordinate system for each bone. Finally, this study derives an angle between tibia and femur before or after the surgery.
