Analysis of Influences of Video Contents on Promotion of Traditional Crafts

Abstract

In the traditional craft industry, there are serious problems such as a decrease in production amount and shortage of successors. For these, it is necessary to make people including young people interested in traditional crafts. Therefore, in this study, we analyzed differences of impressions duo to difference of video contents, in order to use for the promotion of traditional crafts. First, affective evaluation data of traditional crafts were analyzed by factor analysis, and six affective factors were extracted. Next, using "movie of production process" and "movie of new product" as video contents, we analyzed influences of these on affective factors by the two-way factorial analysis of variance.
