Analysis of Relationship between Personality Traits and Utterance Characteristics Based on Dialogue Corpus with Personality Information

Abstract

This study analyzed the relationship between personality traits and utterance characteristics using dialogue corpus with personality information. This corpus is endowed with information of personality traits obtained from the personality test questionnaires. In this study, we conducted new personality inference experiments and analyzed personality traits inferred by others from dialogue logs. As a result of the analysis, we confirmed that personality traits inferred from dialogue logs have a stronger correlation with utterance characteristics than personality traits self-rated by personality test questionnaires.
