Attempts of Improvement of Conversion Rate in Blog Site Using Recommendation Methods

Abstract

In this paper, we report out attempts for increasing conversion rate of blog site based on using recommendation methods. In the operation of blog sites for business purposes, it is necessary to devise ways to increase the click rates and conversion rates of visitors. In this context, systems that provide contents that match the preferences of individual users are getting attention for improving conversion rate. In this study, we used site access logs and various recommendation methods to improve the overall site conversion rate by recommending and displaying contents on the site that match the preferences of individual users.
