Promotion of DEI at Panasonic Connect

Abstract

At Panasonic Connect, we promote DEI as one of our management strategies, focusing on "respect for human rights" and "enhancement of corporate competitiveness". Our CEO, along with other top executives, strongly communicates this message both internally and externally. Additionally, DEI Champs (DEI promotion leaders within each department) continue DEI activities tailored to the characteristics of their respective departments. This is a significant feature of our DEI promotion activities. We will introduce specific examples of our DEI promotion efforts, including relevant case studies.
