Abstract

JRI is a comprehensive information services company with three functions: think tank, consulting, and IT solutions. Under its management philosophy of "co-creating new customer value," the company is engaged in a wide range of corporate activities, including the planning and construction of IT-based systems.We believe that "Human resources are our most important capital and the driving force behind the creation of social value." and value people above all else.This report introduces the background of DE & I promotion at JRI and its specific efforts, together with case studies, and makes recommendations for the future.
