This study investigates how Project Based Learning (PBL), which is implemented at the Faculty of Business Administration, Kindai University, affects the improvement of students' abilities and their careers. In recent years, PBL has been conducted at many universities, and Faculty of Business Administration, Kindai University, is also trying to improve students' abilities through PBL. Previous studies have also confirmed that PBL has a certain effect on career education. In this study, we conducted a questionnaire survey to evaluate the current PBL program at the Faculty of Business Administration, Kindai University, from the perspective of human resource development and career education, and to examine changes in students' abilities before and after PBL activities. The survey questions were designed based on the basic skills for working adults and 10 abilities required by 2050 proposed by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry as indicators to measure students' abilities. The results of the questionnaire survey revealed that the participants used the items of "basic skills for working adults" and "vision for future human resources" based on their PBL experience as appealing points for themselves when preparing job applications and preparing for job interviews. On the other hand, it was also revealed that there are differences in the abilities that students consider important when preparing application documents and preparing for interviews. By conducting an interview survey on how students make use of their PBL experience in various aspects of job hunting, or whether they are unable to make use of their PBL experience, it is necessary to clarify in more detail how PBL currently affects their job hunting activities, and to explore the ideal form of PBL that is appropriate for the future era. We would also like to explore the ideal form of PBL for the future.
