Abstract

It considers human resources to be its most important asset. The consulting division has a system that allows involvement in both public and private sector projects, approaching contemporary Japanese issues from a multifaceted perspective. It emphasizes the diversity of consultants, promoting the development of expertise, skills, and freedom in working styles. As social issues become more complex, the demand for consulting is increasing, and it is considered important to strengthen relationships with external experts and respond to changes in the future.
