With the rapid advancement of cloud computing and the ongoing digital transformation of enterprises, cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems have become a vital tool for improving organizational efficiency and competitiveness. This study investigates the implementation status and effectiveness of cloud ERP systems in Chinese enterprises, using the Information Systems Success Model (IS Success Model) developed by DeLone and McLean as its theoretical foundation. A structured questionnaire was distributed to ERP users across various industries in China, focusing on six key dimensions: system quality, information quality, service quality, intention to use, user satisfaction, and net benefits. A questionnaire survey was conducted between May and June 2025, yielding a total of 302 valid responses. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was employed to explore the interrelationships among these constructs and to evaluate the applicability of the IS Success Model in the context of cloud ERP adoption in China.
