Abstract

The Kodono Seminar at the Faculty of Business Administration, Kindai University is engaged in the FC Osaka Project as part of Project Based Learning (PBL). This study examines how applying project management methodologies based on PMBOK to this project affects project progression and changes in team activities. Additionally, through project planning and outcome analysis, this paper evaluates goal achievement and considers improvement measures. Furthermore, to verify the educational effectiveness of the project, this study conducts analyses through YG Personality Inventory and awareness surveys to examine the effects of PBL on student growth and skill development. Through these initiatives, this paper aims to gain specific know-how regarding PBL implementation methods.
