As a medium for disseminating tourism information, video-sharing platforms are frequently utilized. These platforms allow anyone to easily share content, resulting in a wide variety of videos being made available. They are also effective tools for promoting tourist destinations, and many local governments and related organizations create videos to showcase the appeal of these areas. Moreover, on these video-sharing sites, viewers can post comments on the videos. While many comments express positive feedback toward the content creators, there are also numerous instances of slanderous or malicious remarks. In this study, we focus on analyzing comments posted on tourism-related videos, primarily those created by local governments or similar organizations, through text mining. In particular, we collect comments from videos with high view counts to investigate the nature of the responses they receive. Furthermore, we examine which types of videos are positively received and explore the reasons behind their favorable reception.
