METHOD OF PREPARATION OF TTHIN SECTION FOR X-RAY MICRO-DIFFRACTOMETER

Abstract

Thin section was made by usual technique using polyestel regin, cemedine 3, 000 gold, cemedine C or super cemedine as paste. This thin section was separated from the slide glass by heting or cooling treament and was fixed on a sample holader of X-ray micro-diffractometer.
