Abstract
A 81-year-old female was admitted on 22 April 1994, complaining of headache and paralytic sensation. She was diagnosed to have multiple scleresis. After predonisalane pulse therapy, she had massive bleeding and became anemic. Endoscopic exarninatian demonstrated multiple ulcers from the rectum to transverse coaon. With a decrease in the amount of predonisolone and parenteral nutrition, these multiple colonic ulcers became to be healing.
