Abstract
Rotavirus induced acute gastroenteritis has been well-known as a popular disease of children in winter season. We have collected adult acute diarrhea cases since 1996 and recognized that Rotavirus acute gastroenteritis must not be missed from gastrointestinal infection of adult. Adult Rotavirus infection is no less important in prevalence, clinical aspect, and epidemiology than children. We would like to emphasize a clinical identity of Rotavirus enterocolitis in adult and report about pleliminary entity of endoscopy in Rotavirus enterocolitis in adult.
