Growth of pure diopside (CaMgSi2O6) single crystal by Czochralski technique.

Abstract

In this paper we report a diopside (CaMgSi2O6) crystal growth from the melt by the Czochralski pulling method. We confirmed the single crystal of diopside on the basis of X-ray diffraction measurement and chemical analysis by SEM-EDS.
